Road Trip to ec homes
Representatives from the CHSA National Office recently visited our 4 Homes in the Eastern Cape. Two of these Homes are very rural and so this involved an adventurous but enjoyable road trip for these two intrepid ladies.

Annual national conference
CHSA recently held their annual conference and AGM at the Century City Conference Centre in Cape Town. It provided the opportunity to network and share ideas and experiences, while celebrating the successes of homes around the country during the past year.
COVID-19
During COVID-19, it was necessary to practice extremely strict protocols on infection control, visits, access to and from the homes, etc. We eagerly await the day where we can once again open our homes to our communities, and enable our residents to come and go as they wish.
IDPD, DRAM
3 December is the annual International Day of Persons with Disabilities, and the month leading up to it Disability Rights Awareness Month in SA. We have marked this occasion by participating in various awareness initiatives and activities.
